It was okay

It was okay, the only thing that wasn't clear is to how to reduce the lenght of the contract. I tried via Homelike UI but nothing happened, I had to reach out support and after a week of back and forth we were able to set a new contract termination date

Homelike great customer service

Homelike has great customer service and I would like to mention one of their members for outstanding customer service: Melanie Witte. I had a special case that I needed to get my money reimbursed as soon as possible. She reached out to me and pushed my ticket and within hours, i had every cent back.

Customer service like this is what makes me return to them for future occasions.

Dissatisfaction

Hello,
The apartment assigned to my daughter, Capucine Barale, is not the one we booked on your platform. Many things are not working. I have notified the sales team but we still haven't had a visit from a technician to fix the problem. What's more, the bedding is in very poor condition and we're asking for it to be changed. The services are not up to the rent.

Daniel Fernandes was very professional.

Daniel Fernandes was very helpful and polite. His replies were prompt and accurate. It was a last minute book and he did everything to accomplish the task I had.I did not see any difference in their website with other websites but this company does not charge the tenant a commission.

Reliable communication, helpful info about apartment

The Homelike team were really prompt and reliable with email communications, within 2 days of submitting my request I'd had my booking confirmed. The info about the apartment and the photos were all accurate and helped to make an informed booking choice.

Comfortable for students, quite place

The prize per month is higher than what's written on the platform but still ok. The apartment is fully equipped with tool to cook and eat. Also the room is very nice , there are two bathrooms but the apartment is for 5 people, not mentioned in the platform

Review

I am quite disappointed with the apartment. The shower curtain in the bathroom is absolutely disgusting and too short, so it hangs very uncomfortably. This is not the case in the photos on the website. The photos also show a terrace that is not part of the apartment. And the photos do not show how small the rooms really are. Also, there are not enough cleaning utensils in the apartment, no vacuum cleaner, no cleaning cloths, no kitchen towels. If you rent an apartment that guests must clean to a large extent, you must provide these basic materials! For these reasons, I would like to request a reduction of the rent for the month of October and pay only 300.- EUR instead of 423.- EUR. (Because the month of September has already been paid).

Spacious and modernized 3-bedroom apartment close to public transport and cafes

This is a very nice and spacious 3-bedroom apartment, fully modernized, with air conditioning and all the amenities for a comfortable stay. It is only two short blocks from a major street with many cafes, restaurants, banks, and grocery stores... and, most importantly, several bus and tram lines, and an U-bahn station that take you anywhere you want to go in Vienna! The apartment is also an easy 15-20 minute walk to the Ringstrasse in the first district. We highly recommend it for short- or long-term stays in Vienna.

Perfect experience

We stayed six weeks during summer at Adam's apartment and it was great. The apartment is very functional, with a good use of the space and plenty of light. It is located in the core of lively Poble Sec and at the same time is very quiet. Very convenient to reach public transit as it is 3 min from metro Poble Sec and bus lines in Paral·lel, as well as 10 min from Plaça Espanya (bus, metro, and trains). Adam was also an exceptional landlord, very responsive and friendly. I absolutely recommend this apartment for a short stay in Barcelona.

Homelike short term rental agency not 21st century

Recently attempted to reserve two seperate apartment which displayed as available. Sent resa request and received a notice that the owner had be notified and that I would receive confirmation in 48hr. In the 21 st century such a delay is antideluvian. The following morning recvd polite call from agency indicating they would follow up with owner. I followed up in the evening and no one was available but I had a promise of a return call. Later that night I recvd call back that owners had not responded and that I should look elsewhere. The next day I get a automated notice the apartment not available. I check online and it still shows available?

Very bad experience

I checked in on Monday, August 26th and I noticed that I had only how water (becoming hotter and hotter as the water was flowing). I reported this immediately and one week later the issue is still there, I’m not getting any update from the company and I paid to have an apartment where I cannot even have a proper shower.
Additionally, the apartment is not sufficiently clean (especially on the floor).
I’m having a terrible experience, nobody replies to my emails and I call every day but nothing changes and nobody proposed alternative (like another apartment or location).

Amazing Experience with Homelike

I have to say that the Homelike experience was wonderful. First off they have a beautiful selection of apartments all over the city with a different price range to accommodate everyone.
I had been looking for an apartment for a while and the process was painful however with Homelike as soon as I requested a reservation for the apartment I liked, I received a confirmation that my request was accepted. Maria calls me and confirms that my request was accepted and asks if she can help with any questions I had. I was able to reserve the place I had been searching for with the budget I had in mind in no time. Thank you Homelike and Maria for giving me such an amazing experience!

I recently had the pleasure of staying…

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Am Weidenbruch 15A in Berlin, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the space felt like a home away from home. The property is impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The amenities provided were top-notch, catering to all my needs. The kitchen was fully equipped, making meal preparation a breeze, and the living area was cozy, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The bedroom was comfortable, with a bed that ensured restful sleep every night.

One of the highlights of my stay was the hospitality of the hosts. They kindly invited me to join them for breakfast on weekends, which was such a thoughtful and welcoming gesture. These mornings were delightful, offering delicious food and great conversations, making me feel even more at home.
