STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Payed for my sofa and waited 6 months, delivery dates kept being put back with lies. When it did come the sofa and chair had rusty old studs on, they had to send 2 guys out to replace with silver that I orderd.
Emails was waste of time as they never got back to me. The only time they got back to me on WhatsApp was when I payed. Shocking service.

We would like to clarify that your order was delivered on time as per the original schedule. However, due to the narrow dimensions of your corridor, the sofa was unable to fit through. At your request, we arranged for a customised sofa to fit your space, and we informed you that this would take an additional two months for production and delivery, which you agreed to. Please note that no extra charges were applied for the customisation or the delivery of the second sofa.

Regarding the issue with the studs, we acknowledge the oversight and promptly sent a team to replace them with the silver ones you originally ordered. We regret any inconvenience caused during this process.

After seeing some Rocky chesterfield…

After seeing some Rocky chesterfield leather sofas online, I decided to visit the shop in person. I booked an appointment to view the sofa, as I wanted to assess the quality for myself before making a decision.When I arrived at the showroom, I laid eyes on a 3-seater sofa that really impressed me. The quality and comfort of this particular model exceeded my expectations. Given the high caliber of the sofa, I suspect the shop will increase prices on it in the near future. However, based on my positive experience, I would strongly recommend this 3-seater leather sofa to others who are in the market.Overall, taking the time to see and feel the sofa in person was well worth it. The quality surpassed my initial online impressions, and I'm confident it will be a worthwhile investment before any potential price hikes.

Still a rubbish company!!

Still a rubbish company!!
If you want to sort your mess with my order, how about you deal with all your customers who are still not dealt with over the past 18 months. You may then know who I am! I have tried again to email you and added the CEO who doesn't give a monkey.
Sorry but if I could rewind time back I would never use you.

I got a set of sofa (1,2 and 3 seaters)…

I got a set of sofa (1,2 and 3 seaters) from LISF. The 3 seater kept making a squeaky sound as if broken. Someone came to replace it but the problem continued. Then they claimed they’d forgot to apply a beam support in the middle but this also didn’t fix the problem. It’s been months now and my complaints (calls, emails) are just being ignored now. They just claim they’ll call back but never do.

We are very pleased with our new sofa…

We are very pleased with our new sofa arrived on time and honestly its better than what we expected was worried to buy without viewing as we are from Bexley and company based in Birmingham. Customer service and after sale are very helpful.

I do highly recommend them and will definitely use again.

POOR SERVICE

I ordered the cream coloured rocky Chesterfield sofa after saving up in December. Waited six weeks to recive a brownish colour sofa. Reported that the sofa was the wrong colour and said I would get another one by 11 to 18th May.

I have exhausted myself with this Company by emails and phone calls to find out the delay in the Replacement.

Having been told they would be delivered on the 4th May between 7 to pm and 9pm.
Having closed my business early to get a train home early, I got a call at 10pm to say they will be delivering at 11pm that night.

When the sofa finally arrived some of the chairs had no cushions. After they were assembled the drivers did not leave until after midnight. By now I was exhausted and in tears because I have never experienced anything like this in my entire life and never thought buying my dream sofa would be an absolute nightmare.

I have asked for some of my money back as I saved up for ages to buy my sofa.

Truly disappointed.

ordered my sofa january told 6 weeks still didn’t hear anything 3 months later! constantly phoning up finally got intouch told them i want a refund was told 2 weeks still have not had my refund been ringing the store no one answer’s except the sales team who say they they can’t do nothing about it! they have robbed my money!! i will be taking this further!

I can't say any part of my experience…

I can't say any part of my experience has been positive with this company.
Delayed sofa.. arrived 13 weeks after I ordered it. When it arrived it looked like a complete different sofa to what was listed on their website from the colour, size and material.
I contacted the company while the delivery men were still there they didn't answer. The delivery man got hold of the company and I raised my concerns. There were ink stains all over the cushions, the back of the sock has a crack in it as its bad from foam. The fabric is rippled and has dirty hand prints all over it. The sofa is damaged and I have requested new cushion covers but I have been ignored. I have sent them countless emails which evidence. Called hundreds of times and no one is getting back to me or there is no answer. What is the point of there being any form of warranty if the company won't contact you to honour it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. £2K down the drain. I will be looking into legal action at this point. I have tried all other avenues
