They're predatory. I cancelled my card before they came because I know they're about to show up after I cancelled and try to cut my yard. I'm reporting them to the BBB and the FTC. Why can't I remove my card from your system? Why can't I cancellation 14 hrs of having made my stupid appointment? They said they'd cancel after the 1st appt. Nope. Stay off my property. Card is cancelled. You get nothing.

I hired lawn love because we are an older couple with disabilities and we actually need this service. We got one mowing done on July 2 with a provider called Scott. Through lawn love, Scott cancelled our service twice, the last one for July 31st. We called to get a different provider, lawn love promised one for today, the 23rd, and again, they failed to come. One mowing done, three cancelled and rescheduled, leaving us with a horrible lawn.

Jonathan serviced my lawn..this is the first year I've used a lawn service and it was a great experience.. He arrived within expected timeframe, completed mowing and secondary clean-up tasks (trimmimg, blowing away yard 'crumbs') really quickly and quietly..I did run out to thank him and bring him a cold water and he was also very personable. I think I'm going to love this level of lawn care!

First cut went well as expected. I have yet to met the crew but the initial process of discussing needs and signing up with Lawn Love was very professional and thorough. They were quick to respond, start working and followed up with satisfactory questions.

I look forward to handing future maintenance needs over to this company.

Between some work changes and my sisters wedding my lawn kind of got lost in fog... until it was such an issue that I felt uncomfortable pulling in my own driveway. I immediately went and got our service set up and deeply regretted not doing so earlier. And then, James comes a day early and powered though my yard (which was a veritable jungle at this point) in no time flat! The Yard looks like a yard again and not someplace you'd expect to see jaguar hiding in the grass! I'm so pleased with my service!

First, Derek gave me notification when he was going to arrive which was very helpful. Upon arrival, we discussed my lawn concerns and indicated that he would be able to resolve my issues. His performance was awesome. The lawn was cut even throughout. There were no rows of grass clippings left on the lawn. The edges were trimmed neat and clean. He finished the job by removing all remnants of loose grass from off the hard surfaces, i.e. sidewalks and driveway. I'm very satisfied on how good my lawn looks. Great job Derek!!

My yard was in desperate shape. LAWN love was responsive, efficient and left my yard looking better than ever. My back yard was a total hot mess and now its clean and tidy. The customer service is top notch. I am appreciative that the crew reached out directly and they did an amazing job. I highly recommend them. They are keepers.

Brandon was excellent - got to my home early, started right away and finished with everything in great time. Trimmed and cut grass and paid attention to all areas requiring trimming with special care. Was very satisfied with service.

Had a situation where new sod and sprinkler system was installed before the mowing season started. Meagan and her crew took the extra time to check the property and not damage the sod or break the new sprinkler heads.

A great experience with Cameron. He took the time to make sure my yard was nice and clean after mowing. After having a bit of wet weather, my grass and yard was looking a bit wild. He mowed at a good height and tidied up my yard afterwards. I will definitely continue to have him mow.
