After trying a few M2M companies what got my attention of iTailor was easy accesibility of Bob, the co-owner of iTailor. I contacted Bob even before placing my first order and he was easily accessible whether on emails, messages or actual calls.

Bob was in touch with me at every stage or ordering, shipping and delivery. When the suit arrived I was very happy with the quality of fabric and workmanship. When I messaged Bob that I was "almost" happy with the jacket and would have liked some minor areas of improvement, he immediately called me and offered to remake the jacket at no extra cost. I have tried 4 M2M companies so far and have to say that I am most impressed with iTailor, not just the quality of fabric and workmanship but easy accessibility with the co-owner of iTailor, something unimaginable with the other companies I have tried so far.

I have ordered suits and shirts from this company for the past year. This time, the order was "the big one", the suit for my son's wedding.
And I was blown away by it. It looks better than I hoped for. The color is exactly what I was wanting, and the all the little details came out perfect.
And, most importantly....
The Bride to Be thinks it looks fantastic, and she is the final arbiter!

If you are "on the fence" about ordering a suit online from iTailor, then don't be. This company has been great to work with. They deliver on their promises every time!

I have very specific requirements for shirts as a large-shouldered but fit Anglican clergyman. Most clerical shirts are either made for the more rotund figure or, if slim fit, for the more petite man with a distinct lack of shoulders.

Because of this, I decided to order a shirt from iTailor. Because of the detachable collars I wear, this required a departure from the usual pattern - I needed a collarless shirt with two buttonholes at the front and an extra buttonhole at the centre rear.

The first shirt I was sent was a great fit but the collar details were wrong. iTailor then corrected this by sending me a completely new shirt with the collar details completely right and even the rear collar stud hole being under the outer layer of material so that the stud doesn't rub on my neck.

Absolutely superb work and I will be ordering more!

Having tried another Thailand based shirt maker, these are better quality and a better cut. Excellent material and finish.

ITailor just make beautiful clothes, that fit to the milimetre. I could not have had a better service if I'd attended in person. The cost is very competitive indeed, there are no huge mark-ups, their attention to detail is extremely impressive. They do not turn around orders in days, they take their time to get it right: and they DO get it right.

Steer clear of this company. Despite my partner ordering a shirt well in advance for a wedding, the shirt has not been received even after a week past the estimated delivery date of 2-3 weeks. Despite multiple emails requesting the tracking number, their responses merely claim that the item has been dispatched without providing any tracking details. This situation raises suspicions of potential scam activity.

I have been customer with i tailor for years, they always done good work.. yet when they made an error with one jacket.. they discussed all the details even using pictures to pinpoint where the error happened, then the re-make of the jacket was to my complete satisfaction.

My father and I have been buying shirts from iTailor for over a decade and they are amazing. Expect the first shirt you buy to not fit perfectly but then the 2nd one with measurement adjustments will be like it was tailored in Saville Row. A prefect fit!! My only complaint is that their prices have sky rocketed of recent which makes them less attractive now.

I often find myself looking at the overcoats but unfortunately there is no option to choose the length from Collar to hem which concerns me and stops me buying any. An Overcoat is only twice the price of a shirt which shows how much the shirt price has now gone up.

Come on iTailor get back to the good old days like when your Father ran the business....

First shirt didn't fit first, contacted the support and they guided me perfectly to measure again and sended me a new shirt which fits perfectly. Customer support is awesome and fast. I'm happy with the result and can recommend this store. Just a tip measure on a shirt which fits and send the measures with fotos (if you use custom measurement). I will order again!

I first ordered from iTailor about 3 years ago and ever since they have been my go-to source for quality custom suits, shirts and overcoats. Make sure your measurements are accurate and communicate with them about it. They follow directions very well on my orders. They respond in a timely manner via email, so that's impressive on its own. I get a lot of compliments when I wear my iTailor made clothing in public.

Helpful texting to ensure the right measurements and fit. Very pleased with the value. I have 36” inseam legs for which it’s almost impossible to buy off the rack. I’ve now ordered four pairs of different coloured jeans and they are the best fitting jeans I’ve ever owned. Feel like a second skin with the stretch material and get lots of compliments. I have used iTaylor for around 8 years have have brought many shirts which have always been brilliant and of excellent quality. I Went to order some new ones and was very disappointed to find prices have rocketed, I used to pay circa £45 for a bespoke shirt with all the trimmings now they want nearly £80, Another bug bare is they charge over £10 postage for each shirt. Now they are not worth the money. I have found another Taylor in the U.S while there isn't as much choice when it comes to customising the prices are much more realistic, £49 per shirt, and I only paid £7.77 delivery for 4 shirt's, I Taylor is no longer good
value for money and as a result of becoming greedy they have lost this customer, not that they will care.

update, I responded to Bobs request but despite sending an email several times I keep getting a message saying "message not delivered recipient not recognised"
